wav Introduces His Outstanding Track "Hollywood"

Introducing one talented artist who is known as wav he is an artist and producer. With foundations in Hip-Hop and R&B, he takes influence from a variety of musical styles - Folk, Alternative and Electronic to name a few. Listeners will note a rawness to wav’s haunting and unique vocals. A born outsider and natural eccentric, wav’s music is a uniquely cathartic experience. Following creative disagreements with his prior management, wav relocated to Hollywood, CA alongside with his audio engineer, and since has taken more control over his career. He has since released 2 EPs, and several self-produced singles as well as collaborated with rising artist Lil Xelly, and ATL based prod. After Dark. Both are featured on his popular track trauma ties. wav was born in the Bay Area to a single mother and was raised in his grandparents home. The family stayed under the same roof until around age six, awaiting the return of his father from his home continent of Africa - a period wav fondly recalls as his childhood. At this time, his mother was happy to be spending time with him nurturing his capacity for learning, singing, dancing and rhyming. His grandfather, a Canton-region immigrant and his grandmother, a native of Oakland Chinatown, stressed a traditional mentality of diligence, discipline and honor. His self produced project, Antihero seems to especially reflect his choice of meditative instrumentation, Bruce Lee-inspired artistic fluidity and attention to detail. Following the release of his newest single "Hollywood" he projects a very soothing track that will certainly captivate your ears. Beginning the track with a slow but yet booming beat leading onto his luscious vocals he completes the track entirely. To explain the track further it's about creating emotion through sound rather than through technical wordplay and song structure. Taking inspiration from a conversation with his former manager, wav felt that they had completely destroyed the integrity of himself as an artist - and left him extremely paranoid for his safety. Choosing to channel all of his emotions into 'Hollywood' - the result is a moody, introspective track with emotive lyrics that his current and prospective fans will be able to connect with on different levels. The track would be perfect for a late night drive or hanging out with some friends. Go stream "Hollywood" and check out his discography which is filled with outstanding tracks.
