The Howlers, a London-based trio known for their energetic live performances, has released a live recording of their latest single "When the Flowers Bloom Again" from Metropolis Studios. The track captures the raw energy and passion of the band's live shows, and showcases their growth and maturity as musicians.
Speaking about the release, vocalist and guitarist Adam Young said, "The invite [to record at Metropolis Studios] was an honour in itself but also a daunting challenge to meet expectations. Rather than playing it safe we thought we would throw in two new songs, or at least the version of those tracks at the time." The recording was done overnight due to the band's other commitments and the Foo Fighters rehearsing in the studio, but Young said they are "pretty proud" of how the record turned out.
The Howlers released their second EP, "Further Down The Line," earlier this year, which was produced by Chris Ostler and Tommy Taylor from Black Honey and mastered by Felix Davis at Metropolis Studios. The EP showcases the band's growth and development, and "When the Flowers Bloom Again" is a perfect representation of their unique sound and energetic live performances.
Fans of The Howlers can check out their latest release, "When the Flowers Bloom Again" (Live at Metropolis Studios), now available to stream on all major platforms.
