Introducing Stoney Hoop with "Homecoming" After relocating to Brooklyn in 2020, Stoney Hoop took some time off to refocus his creative energy and grow as an artist. This culminated in the release of the Escapism LP, Hoop’s most successful release to date that spawned the eponymous “MF HOOP” single. Armed with fresh surroundings and a renewed fire, the future has never looked brighter for the emcee. The single to us is reminsicent to Chance The Rapper with Kanye West influence. Which is the same thing because Chance The Rapper is influenced by Kanye as well. What had us grasped to the short single was the fact that it felt like the artist is venting and using music as a out over the amazing instrumental. Listen below.
