Introducing a talented act known as Scott Fisher he is an LA-based producer and songwriter known for his continuously expanding sound and a time-bending blend of jazz, 70’s rock, and soul influences. While traversing styles, his brand of happy-sad music is consistently colored by current vibes, philosophical themes, and studied, old-school techniques. His self-titled solo project began in 2007 with a piano pop album widely compared to Ben Folds, and since then has encompassed indie-folk, classical piano, and 70’s psychedelic rock. His upcoming LP “93 Million Miles” couldn’t be more of the moment and of the past. Its groove-filled slow-burn indie-rock originals are sprinkled with heartfelt arrangements of “Sugaree” and “Mission in the Rain”. True to Jerry Garcia’s original recording of “Sugaree,” on this LP, Fisher plays every instrument but the drums, which features his friend and long-time collaborator Enrique Gonzalez (Los Lobos). Following the release of his newest single "Victor or the Vanquished", he projects a vibrant track that will surely grasp your ears. Beginning with groovy instrumentation leading onto his sweet and luscious vocals he completes the track fully. Explaining the single further it's a groove-driven, staccato indie-rock track with themes revolving around greed and hypocrisy within modern capitalism. To the vocals and production, this track will surely have you vibing. Being just perfect for a late-night drive or hanging out with some friends. Go stream "Victor or the Vanquished".
