Upcoming artist Petticoat is an LA-based producer, songwriter, and vocalist pushing the boundaries of pop. Born David Halsey, the young multi-hyphenate grew up in the coastal hills of San Rafael, California. His earliest exposure to music came in the form of both the Bay Area’s eclectic hip-hop scene and the trove of pop records his parents had cultivated.
