Upcoming indie-pop duo Only Bricks consists of lead vocalist Anne DiGiovanni and guitarist Joseph Lewczak. Married in 2017, they gave birth to their debut EP Foundation in Santa Monica, California in early 2018 it was hailed by Vents Magazine as the “perfect California indie-pop record.” Their music feels like the rock, pop, and dance songs they cut their teeth on, with unapologetically melodic hooks and uplifting energy for days. Their songwriting mostly circles around different ways of painting the same heartache or lovesickness, but occasionally they get to something that’s never been said in quite their unique way: I am fresh outta love, let your loving fall apart around me, why don’t you go put on your big girl shoes?. Following the release of their newest single "Antisocial", they project a vibrant track that will certainly grasp your ears. Beginning with upbeat instrumentation leading onto Anne's sweet and full vocals they complete the track entirely. Explaining the single further it's about personal experiences during the pandemic -- and the thought that maybe being alone isn’t so bad after all -- Antisocial is less party and more pity party. To the vocals and production, this track will surely have your headbanging. Being just perfect for a late-night drive or hanging out with friends. Go stream "Antisocial" and check out their discography which is filled with outstanding tracks.
