Manic Carbon - "Gotta Go"

Welcoming Manic Carbon with "Gotta Go". "Gotta Go" is a single from Manic Carbon's second album VALIDATION MATTHEW CHRIST. An dense, underground rap track in the vein of cLOUDDEAD, milo, or Brockhampton, "Gotta Go" finds rapper Moral Reef wavering between emo-inspired verses and a resigned, brooding hook hinting at themes of depression, suicide, and desperation. The single is something that really feels meaningful and extremely well thought out. The single we think really honors the artist persona we think, and highlights it even. Showing off that they are an emotional person and really into humanity as a whole. We say that because this really isnt your usual turn up sound. Listen below for yourself to see what we mean.
