M'Lynn With Her Soothing Track "I Got Low"

Upcoming artist M'Lynn grew up in a family surrounded with music, it’s no surprise M’Lynn has been named one of 10 Dallas artists to watch in 2018. She spent a large portion of her childhood in old Dallas bars, restaurants, and venues listening to her parent's classic rock bands. Influenced at first by Carol Kind, Linda Rondstat, and Stevie Wonder, M’Lynn’s style and sound got her into the prestigious Booker T. Washington High School for the Visual and Performing arts. She performed in Jazz and R&B ensembles which further created her Soul- Pop sound. She attended summer programs such as Berklee College of Music 5 week program, Grammy Camp, and UNT Jazz Vocal intensive. In 2017, M’Lynn was named a merit young arts winner under the singer-songwriter category. M’Lynn’s frequent gigs around Dallas scored her an introduction with amazing Dallas Producers, Josh Goode, and Bradly Prakope. They flew to LA summer of 2017 to start and finish the “Grounding” EP, to be released early 2018 before M’lynn started school at the University of Miami’s Frost school of music. M’lynn is currently studying music business in her freshman year at UM. She continues to write, perform, and grow as a musician and person. She can't wait to show the world her first project as an independent music and entrepreneur. Following the release of her newest single "I Got Low" she projects a very nostalgic track that will definitely intrigue your ears. Beginning with soothing instrumentation leading onto her sweet and luscious vocals she completes the single fully. Explaining the track further it's about feeling down and over time you start growing and flourishing to the person you've always wanted to be. To the vocals and production, this track will surely give you a sense of being confident and not caring what anyone else thinks. Being just perfect for a late-night drive or a day out on the beach.
