Jerk - "A Different Reason to Wake Up"

Introducing Jerk with the latest single "A Different Reason to Wake Up". Jerk is brainchild of composer, producer, and multi instrumentalist Joshua Kinney. He began playing saxophone around ten and producing beats around fifteen, studying jazz at Purchase College under the guidance of musicians like Jon Faddis, Charles Blenzig, Gary Smulyan, and Ralph Lalama. The artist is just really in tune with their jazz side. While remaining loyal to the jazz sound the musician really puts their heart and soul into the record, and we feel it. There is a modern flavor at the same time, the sound selection is really just something else and feels very precise as well and carefully thought out. Listen below for yourself to see what we mean.
