Upcoming artist Harvey Causon is a producer, multi-instrumentalist, and gifted with a vocal abundant in range and tone. Drawing inspiration from a myriad of diverse resources, he is a deep-thinker who loves philosophy, architecture, Delia Derbyshire, dance, classical, Radiohead and Aphex Twin. Growing up surrounded by music and with parents whose tastes varied from Louis Jordan and Talking Heads to Stevie Wonder; it was his foray into music production in his teens colliding with the rise of artists such as fka Twigs, Mount Kimbie, Sampha to name a few, who laid the bedrock for his introspective pop music shaped by electronics. Following the release of his newest single "CORINTHIANS", he projects a very astounding track that will certainly captivate your ears. Starting the track with dark but yet upbeat instrumentation leading onto his sweet and soft vocals he completes the track fully. Explaining the track further Harvey describes how “Corinthians references a metaphorical idea that a person's being and psyche is a structure or building, with each supporting pillar representing networks, other people, therapies or habits” explains Harvey. The track and video convey losing or having one of these pillars shatter and the lead message is to invest in others so as not to let the whole building collapse. The track became a personal reminder to open up to those around you so that ‘cracks don’t become tools. To the vocals and production, this track will truly have your head nodding. Being just perfect for a late night drive or alone within your thoughts. Go stream "CORINTHIANS" and check out their discography which is filled with lovely tracks.
