Fabianossa is Elias Fabian Durac from Turku, Finland. Combining modulated guitars with slacker beats and blissful lyrics, he wants you to escape. Durac has always had an eclectic musical taste. As a kid, he was an MTV-watching violin player with a love of System of a Down, Outkast and Disco Ensemble. But it was Durac’s older brother who introduced him to the idea of music-making with a laptop. The siblings started an EDM project together until Durac grew uninspired - temporarily abandoning his passion for music.Two years later, Durac was introduced to the tunes of Mac DeMarco. His chill and minimal style inspired Durac to pick up the guitar and start songwriting. Reunited with his childhood passion, he quickly began his journey as FABIANOSSA. ‘4 am’ was the first release under this pseudonym, backed by famed French Label Kistune Musique (Bloc Party, Parcels). ‘It was kinda unreal. I never thought that my first single would be through such a big and cool label as Kitsune. The track garnered over 25k streams in just a couple of months. Now in 2020, Fabianossa has signed a deal with 20XX Entertainment as the first artist to mark the label's return. But for Elias, he just wants to keep it simple ‘I just want people to hear my music across the world and it would be my dream to get to collab with talented artists. I guess as an artist, I would like to be regarded as the guy who plays those warm, sweet and dreamy tunes mixed with a bit of salt and pepper’. Following the release of his newest single "Trouble Is All I Have" he projects a very nostalgic sounding track that will certainly grasp your ears. Beginning the track with a soothing beat leading onto his soft and luscious vocals he completes the track entirely.
