Rising singer-songwriter David S. Gray continues to surprise us on his sonic flexibility, returning to 2022 with an assertive, new remix and reimagined music video for his hit single “Talk 2 Me Nice”. The self-proclaimed “urban-pop artist with a country twist” enlists the help of Alabama-bred rapper Yung Bleu and Nigerian artist Runtown to add a new flavor to the record with a blend of up-tempo vocals and feel good production over a low-key electronic island foundation. We think this makes up for an over the top, in a good way, island single that makes the people want to dance, get up and move. The artist does wonders the way he glides over the instrumentation without breaking a sense. Yung Bleu and Runtown deliver as well along as the track develops.
