Ponderous Ave. is not a real location but rather a place of thought. It's a song about honest feelings or lack thereof from a 20-something out of Chicago. The song was written and performed by Clay and it was produced by Nate Rhoads and engineered by Ivan Dunki! The single starts off with what sounds like a guitar sample/loop and then it cuts into the artist' nonchalant singing over the luscious instrumental.
